Accommodation Guesthouse Activities Booking Projects Links	Terms and Conditions All rates are quoted in Namibian Dollar and include VAT and Bed Levy. Rates are quoted per person per night sharing in a double room/Single room. Children over the age of 12 years pay the full adult rate. Children between 2 and 11 pay 50% of the adult rate and infants under the age of 2 are accommodated free of charge. A maximum of two children are allowed to stay with parents in a room. Payment and Cancellation Policy: For periods of less than 8 weeks, cancellation fees will be calculated as from the date of arrival as follows: 7-4 weeks prior to arrival 50% Refund to the guest 3-1 weeks prior to arrival 25% Refund to the guest Less than1 week prior to arrival 0% Refund to the guest Please be advised: The lodge is unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per room. The following is applicable with regards to arrival and departure: Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 onwards on date of arrival. Lunch Packs may be ordered for the day of departure at additional costs Guests not being able to attend lunch on the day of arrival, please inform us accordingly. Rooms must please be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure for the convenience of following arriving guests. Dayroom rates available on request.
